NEED A QUICK ANSWER: What is the best and fastest way to contact us?

Due to the volume of ticket sales, the best and fastest way to contact us is to complete the contact information form. (include your phone number).

Email is continually monitored even after business hours and you will be contacted.

DID NOT receive a order confirmation email.

Please first check your spam/junk folder. If not there, enter your email address here to resend your order confirmation receipt.

If you still have not received it contact us as there might be a typo in the email address that you submitted at the time of your order.

Otherwise, bring your ID and check in at the Will Call booth near the Main Gate 1 Entrance.

DUPLICATE ORDERS: Received two order confirmations.

Only duplicated orders will be refunded. Reply to the order confirmation email you wish to cancel and state that it is a duplicate order. You will be sent confirmation of cancellation shortly thereafter. It may take up to 3 to 7 days to be reflected on your credit card account.

HELP: I clicked SUBMIT on my order, but nothing happens.

Verify all information entered is correct.
Look for a field outlined in red that indicates an error for that line of information.
Make sure ALL information is filled in. IF NOT, the order cannot be processed that INCLUDES ALL QUESTIONS BEING ASKED.

CHANGE ORDER: I ordered tickets for Saturday, but I want to change them to Sunday.

Tickets purchased on this site FOR: SATURDAY OR SUNDAY ONE-DAY Admission, CRAWFISH FEASTS PACKAGES OR A LA CARTE FEASTS are valid for either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. You do not need to contact us. We ask for which day you plan on attending so that we can estimate the amount of live Crawfish to have on hand for that day. You can use your tickets on Friday, Saturday or Sunday once for redemption.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE VIP LOUNGE SEATING.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FRIDAY $5 ADMISSION TICKETS. Friday Admission tickets MUST BE REDEEMED on Friday Only.

If you’d like to upgrade or add to your Crawfish tickets in advance, please contact us and be sure to submit your original order number with your request. OR reply directly to your order confirmation email that you received with your additional request. We will contact you directly shortly thereafter.

DOGS (PETS): Are Dogs allowed at the festival?

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the festival site (except for service animals). California Civil Code Section 54.2 (a) Every individual with a disability has the right to be accompanied by a guide dog, signal dog, or service dog, especially trained for the purpose, in any of the places specified in Section 54.1 (Right of full and equal access to places of public accommodation) without being required to pay an extra charge or security deposit for the guide dog, signal dog, or service dog. However, the individual shall be liable for any damages done to the premises or facilities by his or her dog.

It is a misdemeanor to fraudulently misrepresent service animals.

FOOD/DRINKS: Can I bring outside food/drinks?

Picnic coolers, and baskets are not allowed in the festival site. NO outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind EXCEPT for (1) unopened bottle of water per person is allowed entry. All food and beverage items must be purchased at the Festival.

CHAIRS: Can I bring my folding chair/umbrella?

Folding chairs and personal umbrellas are permitted in designated area. Tents, oversized umbrellas, canopies, hammocks, wagons, tables or shade structures of any kind ARE NOT ALLOWED.

TICKETS: Do I need to purchase tickets ahead of time or can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets can be purchased upon arrival at our box office on the day of the event. Tickets are generally higher than pre-sale tickets. Be sure to take advantage of our $2 DISCOUNT COUPON.
